Station favorites not displaying on Apple Watch
If you find that the Apple Watch app does not sync stations in real-time, please feel free to favorite a new station to trigger synchronization again.
If you encounter a black screen in the Apple Watch app, please first favorite a station within the Datatone app on your phone.
Apple Watch cannot sync iPhone favorite station data if it is not activated, paired, or the app is not installed. Please check that your devices meet the requirements: iOS 14.0 or above; WatchOS 7.0 or above; and the latest version of Datatone.
Why are the bus / minibus arrival times not accurate?
The arrival times are sourced from open data, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy. You can also report inaccurate schedules to the transportation department through the 'Report an Issue' feature for the relevant stations in our app. Please note that arrival times may vary depending on road conditions, schedules, and driver judgment. We recommend arriving at the station a few minutes early.
